Cancellation Policy

Our session time is dedicated solely to your needs. While unforeseen circumstances may arise, a canceled appointment disrupts our progress and delays our work together. Without at least 24 hours' notice, it's challenging for me to fill that time. I prioritize our meetings and kindly request the same commitment from you.

If you need to cancel due to illness or fever, we can switch to a telehealth session or reschedule without incurring a fee, provided we find another suitable time within the same week. Please understand that this may not always be possible.

In the event that I need to cancel within 24 hours of our appointment, you will not be charged for the session.
